This is a level up from the previous exercises because you will have to identify more speech sounds in more complex environments. Your transciption is assessed and you get feedback on mistakes.
FULLY FLEDGED PHONETIC TRANSCRIPTIONS •
These advanced exercises integrate and consolidate the skills acquired in the previous exercises. You will hear words spoken by a trained phonetician and you have to do a phonetic transcription.
You will only get an indication of how many speech sounds you should expect. This type of exercise comes closest to real phonetic transcription.
EAR TRAINER FOLLOWS YOUR PROGRESS AND ANALYSES PHONETIC TRANSCRIPTION ERRORS
