The speech production process
Demonstration 2.1 : Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of speech production in German.
Demonstration 2.2 : Illustration of the effect on speech production of Delayed Auditory Feedback. Longer delays cause speech to slow down, while shortening the delays significantly improves speech output.
Demonstration 2.3 :
Conversation between a client with Broca aphasia and their speech and language therapist. Notice their extreme difficulty in producing speech with constant searching to find the words. Also notice the right hemiplegia: the client is not moving his right arm because it is paralysed as a result of the stroke.
Demonstration 2.4 : conversation between a client with Wernicke aphasia and their speech and language therapist. It is particularly clear that the client speaks very fluently (although you may not understand) but is unable to answer basic questions adequately.

Demonstration 2.6 :
Illustration of Taa. This language is also very often referred to as !Xóõ. This language is spoken in Eastern Namibia and Western Botswana.
